| Personal Hygene | Personal hygene of a client is monitored and kept at high standard |
| Showering / Bathing | Assistance with showring, washing and bathing at home (the bathroom must be approved by our care manager) |
| Grooming | Everyday grooming including face washing, teeth brushing, hand nail clipping, hair styling and simple make-up. |
| Change of Clothes | Assistance with change of clothes |
| Re-positioning | Assistance with re-position of body on bed |
| Mobility | Assistance with mobility and walking |
| Escorting | Escorting to appointments, shopping or outings |
| Waking up and sleeping | Assistance with getting out of bed in the morning and getting into bed in the evening including bedmaking |
| Medication | Assistance with taking prescribed medication (in a Webster/blister pack) or confirmation of medication |
| Monitoring | Monitoring and reporting of daily activities |
